Wheat and Jaggery cupcake

Ingredients:
1 cup wheat flour
1/3 cup of rava
1 cup of jaggery
1 cup warm milk
1/3 cup oil or ghee
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
1 tablespoon white vinegar or lemon juice
Chopped dry fruits for garnishing

Method:
In a bowl, sieve all the dry ingredients together and mix well. In another bowl, mix all the wet ingredients, including jaggery, and beat well till the jaggery dissolves completely. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 10 mins. Now, add the dry ingredients and the jaggery syrup and mix well in one direction. There should not be any lumps formed/seen after the mixing. Pour this batter into the greased cupcake tins and place the containers inside the preheated oven. Bake at 160 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Make the most of the festive season by making these mouth-watering cupcakes at home.
