Jalapeno and Tomato Bruschetta

Jalapeno and Tomato Bruschetta

Time taken: 30 minutes

Ingredients: 
1 sliced sesame bread or garlic bread

Topping:
3 tomatoes (finely chopped)
1/4 cup cheese (grated)
2 tablespoons jalapenos (chopped)
1/4 teaspoon garlic paste
1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon capsico sauce or tabasco sauce
salt (very less)

Method: 
Top each slice of the sesame/garlic bread with the jalapeno-tomato topping mixture. Add grated cheese and sprinkle with oregano and chilli flakes. Dust it with some butter. Bake at 250 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes until it is crispy.
