Brownies

Ingredients:
200 grams of dark chocolate
75 grams butter
1/2 cup condensed milk
1 cup flour
1/2 cup walnut
1 teaspoon vanilla powder or 1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon baking powder

Method:
Line the inside of the baking tin with butter paper. Sieve flour and baking powder in a separate bowl and mix. Melt the chocolate (double boiler) with 2 tablespoons of water, add butter and remove from the stove. Then, add condensed milk and bring it to room temperature. Add the flour mix, walnuts, and vanilla essence. Pour in the prepared tin and bake it at 170 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Garnish with icing sugar and serve hot, topped with a scoop or two of vanilla ice cream and hot chocolate sauce.
