Chocolate Mousse

Time taken: 20-25 minutes
Ingredients:
250 grams chocolate – double boiler or melt in the microwave for 30 seconds
1.5 cups milk
1 tablespoon gelatin
4 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1.5 cups whipped cream
Method:
Heat the milk. Add the grated chocolate and stir until it melts. Stir in vanilla essence and add dissolved gelatin. Keep stirring occasionally. Once ready, take off the heat and bring it to room temperature. Lastly, fold in whipped cream and set to serve.
